Fitness pole will :- improve the tone and strength of all your muscles increase your cardivascular fitness - stamina help with your flexibility, balance, coordination and control improve your posture burn fat increase your confidence and self esteem be great fun! I teach fitness pole dancing classes to people who want a great new way to exercise and I run courses for fitness instructors to learn how to do the same. I now teach Exercise to Music.
