PolePreparation is for those of you who are already teaching or participating in fitness pole dancing, for those of you not yet lucky enough to have a pole and for those of you who simply want a good workout!

PolePreparation includes a warm up, toning exercises designed to prepare and strengthen your body for pole work, advice on rebalancing and alignment and a pole appropriate cool down.
You’ll be shown many pole moves in this dvd each demonstrating the use of a muscle I’ve chosen to strengthen.
