Exercise to Music (ETM) NVQ Level 2

The PolePerfect Fitness Training NVQ level 2 Exercise to Music or ETM course is for people of 17 and over who want to qualify as an aerobics teacher / aerobics instructor. You will be taught everything you need to be a group exercise instructor and be fully qualified to teach Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Legs , Bums and Tums, Dance Aerobics (Eg Salsacise), 50+, Stretch and Tone, Circuit's classes and many more....

The first part of the course is home study followed by learning and practicing with a very experienced fitness instructor and trainer. No prior qualifications are necessary but you will need a certain level of literacy and an ability to work on your own. You must also be fairly fit and be used to participating in exercise to music classes.

This course will fully qualify you as an aerobics instructor (sometimes called aerobics teacher, fitness instructor or exercise instructor). You will be able to work at private health clubs, gyms, leisure centres or private halls in either an employed capacity or freelance fitness instructor. A career as an aerobics instructor is very flexible and you can choose your own hours to fit around your family and other commitments. You will find bringing fitness and health to peoples' lives rewarding and satisfying. It will also be financially rewarding - exercise instructors rarely earn less than £20 an hour and often considerably more. This course costs just £499.

This NVQ Level 2 Instructing Exercise and Fitness (ETM or Exercise to Music) qualification is awarded by Edexcel.

After successful completion of this course, assessments and associated workbook you will be an aerobics teacher and be able to apply for membership of the Register of Exercise Professionals.

You will also be able to go on to learn to instruct Pilates, fitness pole, cycling classes etc.
