I'm now a qualified life coach and nlp (neuro linguistic programmimg) practicioner. I help people improve their lives on a one to one basis and also run self esteem andf assertiveness workshops.

Charity event

A group of us are raising money for Breast Cancer Research on 27th May at Exeter University's Sports Park with a pole show. Everyone's working really hard (not just those performing but all the behind the scenes guys too) and hopefully it'll be a great success and raise lots of money. Please ask me if you want tickets.

Perfect Pole is so easy and quick to assemble. It takes literally seconds! It's also made in England - so dosn't contribute unnecessariiy to global warming.

I also sell fixed length removable poles and fixed poles which are perfect (and more ecomical) for gyms, and freestanding poles which are perfect if you don't have a suitable ceiling - eg for an outside event.

Parties and Team Building Events

I've been doing quite a lot of team building events, birthdays and hen dos recently. Pole is perfect for parties. If there isn't a suitable ceiling at the venue, I take along my freestanding pole.

Lecturing

I've been a guest lecturer on the Sports Science degree course at Exeter Uni since 2007. As part of their course the 3rd years attend my lecture on my journey through the fitness industry.
